Justin Sciola

Buyer Agent & Vendor Advocate

A highly experienced agent with a winning sales record, Justin has bought a high degree of business know-how, management experience and exceptional levels of care to Cashmore & Co clients over the years.

Justin's previous work history, in fact, set the stage for a very promising career in real estate.

After an early career in the service-oriented hospitality industry, Justin managed a very successful plastering and rendering company, looked after some 20 employees, managed $100 million projects in the CBD, and worked closely with architects, project managers and related professionals. He quickly reached the top of his field, subsequently established his own successful business and, after an injury, turned his attention to real estate.

Highly qualified in plastering, building, construction, and related fields, Justin knows his property.

While in an excellent position to advise vendors on their property’s best selling points and presentation for attracting the most buyers, he’s also well-versed in presenting a home’s best attributes to potential buyers.

Justin, who was born, bred and educated locally, also knows and loves the area well. His knowledge of its best features is also a very valuable asset when helping out-of-area buyers make their buying decisions.

Exceptional market knowledge also allows Justin to bring the market to a clients’ doorstep, thereby helping them make the most informed and supported decisions possible. While he’s very sensitive to clients’ individual circumstances and needs, he’s also a very good negotiator on their behalf!

He also has a vast network of connections and a database of sellers, which all contribute to attracting the most successful and streamlined purchases possible.

At the same time, and despite his success as a reputable and respected agent, Justin remains down to earth and very easy to work with. A committed family man, he loves his weekend family gatherings, a time to relax, re-connect and refresh for the week ahead.

What our Clients are Saying

Catherine worked tirelessly in finding me a great property at a good price. She did things that I wouldn't have done (hours and hours of legwork) and more importantly, couldn't have done (organising the purchase before anyone else had even put in an offer). When I was ready to give up, Catherine kept working. I'm certain that I never would have been able to buy the same property within 10k of what we eventually settled at.... David
The expertise you bring are excellent and helped us understand the process and what to do and what not to do. You discussed at the beginning that by using you it will save us money and in our instance and the current environment of Melbourne’s market I believe you saved us $100,000 or enabled us to get into a suburb which going to auction would have gone way over our limit. You worked tirelessly to help us purchase a home.... Karen
“You impressed us from the start, especially compared with the other buyers agencies we approached…” - Raj
